How do I enrol my child?
Phone (250-679-8837) or visit our school to receive a registration form. We will follow up with a short interview/intake meeting.
Immersion school vs other schools: How are they different?
From nursery to grade four all of our classes our conducted in the Secwépemc language.
Who teaches the classes?
We have enthusiastic qualified teachers who have years of training to teach our classes.
Who can benefit from our school?
Small, community-schools are the best at creating nurturing, supportive environments for children to develop a strong self of self.
Will my child be delayed by learning another language?
Research shows that Immersion students from English-speaking homes catch up to (and often surpass) the level of English skills that children who attend English-only schooling have.
When does school start?
For 2024, the first day of school is September 3rd.
Who can enrol?
At the moment we are able to enrol children who:
a) have an up-to-date certificate of Indian status (status card)
b) any child who resides on reserve
